Excerpts from Moon Shell (月壳) series
This project has its roots in a comic book series that Chaoming published every day on her online magazine account between 2016-2017 (a few updates in 2021). The relationship and entanglements between a snail and a hedgehog are the central themes of that series.
In contrast to hedgehogs, which are protected by spikes, snails are shielded by their shells. Thus the question is, how could they hug each other without hurtingor pushing away one another?
